Written recipe for Chicken Sizzler Malai Boti
Marinated Chicken
Ingredients:
•Fresh Cream 1Cup
•Curd (Dahi) 1Cup
•Chicken Cube 1
•White Pepper Powder (Safed Mirch Powder) 1 tbsp
•Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder) 1 tbsp
•Salt (Namak) 1 tbsp or to taste
•Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) 1-1/2 tsp
•Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
•Ginger & Garlic Paste (Adrak & Lehsan Paste) 2 -1/2 tbsp
•Chopped Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) 2-1/2 tbsp
•Mustard Oil 1-1/2 tbsp
•Chicken mix boti 1-1/2 Kg
•Butter (Maska) 2 tbsp
•Oil 2 tbsp
•Marinated Chicken
•Charcoal
•Oil
Direction:
•In a Bowl, add Fresh Cream, Curd, Chicken Cube, White Pepper Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Cumin Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Ginger & Garlic Paste, Chopped Green Chilli and Mustard Oil and Whisk well.
•Now add Chicken and mix it well. Cover & marinate for 2-3 hours Or overnight in refrigerator.
•In a Non-stick deep wok, on High Flame add, Butter, Oil and marinated chicken, mix well for few seconds. Cook and cover until chicken is done.
•Take hot charcoal piece, place in a center of the wok, and drizzle oil on top. Immediately cover it with lid. Let flavour infuse for 1 to 2 mints. Remove the lid and discard the charcoal piece.
For Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
•Butter (Maska) 3 tbsp
•All-Purpose Flour (Maida) 3 tbsp
•Milk (Doodh) 1-1/2 Cup
•Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder)
1 tsp
•White Pepper Powder (Safed Mirch Powder) 1 tsp
•Chicken Cube 1
•Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch Powder) 1/2 tbsp
•Oregano 1/2 tbsp
•Grated Cheese 1 Cup
•Salt (Namak) 1/2 tsp
•Milk (Doodh) 1/2 Cup
Dircections :
In a Non-stick pan, add Butter and Oil, melt the butter for drizzle.
•Now add All-Purpose Flour, saute on Medium Flame for 5 mints.
•Turns aromatic.
•Remember not to burn the flour or change the colour to brown, keep it light brown.
•Now add milk, mix continuously and combine well.
•Now add, Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder, Chicken Cube, Red Chilli Powder, Oregano and Grated Cheese and mix well.
•Add Salt, mix well. Add Milk and mix it well. cook on high flame until sauce is thick.
For Veggies
Ingredients:
•Oil 1 tbsp
•Chopped Garlic 8
•Onion Cubes 1/2 Cup
•Yellow Capsicum Cubes (Pili Shimla Mirch) 1/2 Cup
•Red Capsicum Cubes (Red Shimla Mirch) 1/2 Cup
•Green Capsicum Cubes (Hari Shimla Mirch) 1/2 Cup
•Cabbage (Patta Gobhi) 1/2 Cup
•Black Pepper (Kali Mirch Powder) 1/4 tsp
•White Pepper Powder (Safed Mirch Powder) 1/4 tsp
•Salt (Namak) 1/4 tsp
Directions:
•In a Pan, add Oil and Garlic and cook until light brown.
•Add Onion Cubes, Yellow Capsicum Cubes, Red Capsicum Cubes, Green Capsicum Cubes and Cabbage and stir for few seconds.
•Add Black Pepper Powder, White Pepper Powder and Salt and Stir fry for 1 mint and set aside.
Assembling
•Cabbage Leaves
•Cooked Veggies
•Marinated Chicken
•Cheese Sauce
•Grated Cheese
•Garlic Sizzling Sauce • Garlic Sizzling Sauce ...
Directions:
•Heat Sizzling Plate for 15 mints.
•Spread the cabbage leaves over the sizzler plate.
•Place the Cooked Veggies, Marinated Chicken over the sizzler plate. And finish by pouring Cheese Sauce and Grated Cheese over the Chicken. and few spoons of Garlic Sizzling Sauce on the sizzler plate below the cabbage so the pan to give the sizzling sound.
•Chicken Sizzler Malai Boti is ready to hot serve.
