For Chicken:
Chicken 500g
salt 1 tsp
coriander powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
garlic powder 1/2 tsp
ginger powder 1/2 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
White vinegar 1,1/2 tbsp
soy sauce 3/4 tbsp
chilli sauce (hot sauce) 1 tbsp
olive oil 2 tbsp
For Salad:
Cucumber chopped 1 cup
Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
Onion Chopped 1/2 cup
Olives 4-5
Coriander 2 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise 1-2 tbsp
For Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Chilli Garlic Sauce 3 tbsp

للدجاج:
500 جرام دجاج ملح 1 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق الكزبرة 1 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق الفلفل الأحمر 1 ملعقة صغيرة 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة مسحوق ثوم مسحوق الزنجبيل 1/2 ملعقة شاي 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة كركم خل أبيض 1،1 / 2 ملعقة كبيرة 3/4 ملعقة كبيرة صلصة الصويا صلصة الفلفل الحار (الصلصة الحارة) 1 ملعقة كبيرة زيت زيتون 2 ملعقة كبيرة
للسلطة:
1 كوب خيار مقطع فليفلة مفرومة 1/2 كوب 1/2 كوب بصل مقطع الزيتون 4-5 كزبرة 2 ملاعق كبيرة 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود 1-2 ملاعق كبيرة مايونيز
