Chicken Shami breakfast Sandwich
Serves 2
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Mon salwa chicken shami kabab as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Anday (Eggs) 3-4
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Bread slices 2 large
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Cheese 1-2 slices
Directions:
-In frying pan,heat cooking oil & fry chicken shami kababs on medium flame from both sides until golden brown & set aside.
-In a bowl,add eggs,salt,black pepper powder,whisk well & set aside.
-On a griddle,add cooking oil & pour whisked eggs and spread evenly.
-Place bread slices,flip and cook on low flame for a minute then flip again and fold two opposite sides.
-Turn off the flame,place chicken shami kabab,press & spread with fork.
-Add onion,tomato,green chilli,fresh coriander and cheese slice and flip the other bread slice over it,press gently & cook on low flame until cheese melts.
-Cut into slices & serve!

Ajza:
-Mon salwa chicken shami kabab as required

-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken shami kabab ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein anday,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
-Tawa per cooking oil dal dein aur pheetay hoye anday dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Bread slices dal ker flip ker lein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein phir do opposite sides ko fold ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,chicken shami kabab rakh ker fork ki madad sa press ker ka pheela lein.
-Pyaz,tamatar,hari mirch,hara dhania aur cheese slices dal dein aur bread slice ko flip ker lein aur halki ancch per cheese melt hunay tak paka lein.
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!

Itni takleef murgi ko nhi hui hogi jitni hum ko hui ye dekh kr k aap ny 2 bread k sandwich me 4 egg or 2 shami kabab laga diye. Agar ghar me 4 family members hon tu 16 eggs ka breakfast hoga, 1 week ka rashan sirf 1 din k nashty pe khatam😱😱😱😱

High cholesterol, as for two bread slices you cooked four eggs which is not healthy at all since two chicken shami kabas are good source of protein so an egg is fine. A young healthy person can have max. of 3 egg white portions only. Otherwise just 1whole egg is sufficient for maintaining health of any age.

Well it would be much better if KABABS were not frozen. Plus their was no need of using eggs in this,it would be taste good without that but no offense everyone has their own choice. It was quite simple but as far as FOOD FUSION is concerned,we always expect something unique and exciting.
