1 kg boneless chicken 200 gm mutton fat Onion 150 gm+ garlic chopped( strained) 50 gm green chilli Mix in chopper a bit then add masalas Salt 1 tbsp 17 gm White peppper 1 tbsp Cumin 1/2 tbsp Corriander 1/2 tbsp Almond 50 gm Blend again Grease your hands, add 100 ml cream and mix well keep in fridge for sometime Clean seekh with luke warm water Then make kebabs Cook on slow heat of coals for 10 min tossing sides
