Seekh kabab or kebab are made of any type of minced meat with spices and grilled on skewers.

ingredients
2 tsp cheese ( optional)
500 grams chicken
3 number chilli pdr
pinch coriander leaves
1 tsp coriander pdr
1 number egg
20 grams fat chicken
1/2 tsp garam masala pdr
4 numbe garlic
1 piece ginger
1 pinch kabab masala(mint and chat pdr)
0 lime
20 grams onions fried
to taste salt
Directions
• Take boneless chicken add garlic ginger,red chilli powder,garam masala,coriander powder,fried onions,cheese,coriander leaves.
• Now take this mixture and blend till it becomes a fine paste, and add egg,salt into it and blend once more.transfer it to a bowl if required add bread crumbs and mix well.
• take Sheek spread the minced chicken and put it in the oven or if you don't have oven take oil for frying, take wooden spoon spread chicken and remove it from the spoon very slowly and deep fry them it it becomes golden brown colour

excellent.........i made this kabab at home but i did something different i pressure cook the chicken before i minced it so it was easy to minced the chicken after pressure cooking...

Thanks for the excellent recipe for sheekh kababs. Mine turned out fabulous. They looked amazing and tasted even better. My family is so glad that I spend so much time watching your vid clips. I made mine out of mutton and didn't add egg. I shaped on the wooden spoon and then baked at 500. About 20 mins and Voila! They were nicely charred and succulent too. Thanks Sanjay
