I've always wanted to try this chicken roast made inside Bamboo. I tried it finally last year at home during my winter break. The taste is very good and highly recommended if you can make it. You need to be careful while burning the bamboo because if the heat is too much or you don't shift the sides the chicken inside may get burned or the bamboo may get completely burnt and the chicken may come out.
