A simple, classic one-wok wonder - this stir fry chicken with bell peppers is perfect for a quick and easy mid-week meal!
Ingredients:
400 grams chicken breast
3 bell peppers
3 cloves chopped garlic
Oil for frying

The sauce:
2 1⁄2 teaspoons white sugar
1⁄2 teaspoons chili flakes
1 1⁄2 tablespoons light or dark soy sauce
1 1⁄2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha or chili hot sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or any chili powder
4 tablespoons water

Marinated chicken:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄2 teaspoons onion powder
1⁄2 teaspoons black pepper
1⁄4 teaspoons salt
1⁄2 cups tapioca powder or you can use cornstarch
