INGREDIENTS:
For The For The Marinade:
Chicken= 800 gm
Curd= 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste= 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1/2 tsp
Salt= 1/2 tsp
For The The Tadka 1
Desi Ghee= 1/2 cup
Cinnamon Stick= 1 inch
Green Cardamom= 4
Clove= 4
Cumin Seeds= 1/2 tsp
Green chilli= 1 tbsp
Onion= 300 gm
Tomato= 200 gm
Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder= 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Tadka: 2
Desi Ghee= 1/3 cup
Fenugreek Seeds= 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds= 1/3 tsp
Garlic= 1 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tbsp
Green Chilli= 1 tsp
Onion= 1 cup ( daise )
Green Bell Pepper= 1 cup ( daise )
Cashew Nut Paste= 1 cup
Turmeric Powder= 1/5 tsp
Red Chilli Powder= 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder= 1 tsp
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Coriander Powder= 1 tbsp
Fenugreek Leaves Powder= 1/2 tsp
Fresh Cream= 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves= 2 tbsp
Ginger= 1 tbsp (Julienne)
Butter= 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste

Very nice Sir... But...iss recipe mei traditionally anda...yaani egg bhi parrtah hai.. Kuch log boiled anda daalte hai.. kuch omlette....originally patialla murgh mei kya anda parta hai ya nahi...please bataye
