CHICKEN PASTIL (KAGIKIT) of Mindanao | How to cook | Mindanao Delicacy | Life of Cy

I may or may have been a resident of Mindanao in my few months of stay there but one thing is for sure, I have fallen madly and deeply in love with Mindanao Food. I could say some definitely supersedes those that I have tasted in Metro Manila.
One of these delicacies is Chicken Pastil or Kagikit which originated from Maguindanao. To give you a clearer picture, Chicken Pastil is similar to Tapa Beef Flakes. It is paired with rice and served using banana leaf.
