烤雞爐動線的高低差設計真的不錯 現在烤全雞的價格真的厲害,深切感受到物價的波動 生意真好炒不停,炮爐的火都不用關的,火超猛,看起來療愈

哀...回不去了,我第一次去拍是650元,現在又漲了XD 這動線是新的方式,比較早之前是木材去燒的,現在快多了,也比較好控制 生意超好啊,店長還跟我說今天不算好XD

高低落差設計不錯是真的.但是熟食工作檯.腳還踩上去就不是很衛生了! 火不關.很多人都是因為錯誤的觀念.導致錯誤的使用方式!

用瓦斯窯烤這點真的不優,外面那堆柴只是擺設嗎? 雞用半成品能比較快出餐我忍,窯烤用瓦斯我真忍不了。

沒辦法,好像是政府有規定啥的我也不知道,現在很多烤鴨也都用瓦斯了 雞是自己醃製的,不是半成品哦

@@flyingmousefood 0:35 看起來不像只有醃製而已,醃製肯定有,但看起來是滷過或是醃製完有用熱油或其他方式加熱過。不然雞皮不會那麼緊還破皮。 至於燒柴的部分,個人認為比較像是店家為了省成本或方便控制火侯,從很多燒烤攤販原本都用木炭現在都用瓦斯就知道了。
