Just looking for a moonfan recipe and your one Chef looks outstanding and very well presented in all steps. I would like to know the rice -chicken proportion ; is it 2cups of rice for 500g chicken?

Happy.new year.. yes it's 500 gms chicken to 2 cup rice.You can use basmati rice which I find very good.2 cups rice to 3 cups water.Let me know how you go and if you have any question let me know..

1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water .you can use basmati rice which I found very good.
