Kabsa Recipe 🤤
Ingredients ⬇️
✅Basmati rice
✅Sliced chicken ✅ 2 big onion. ✅5 big tomato
✅Kabsa Spice. ✅Tomato paste. ✅3 pcs dry lemon
✅8pcs hale. ✅1 cinnamon stick. ✅Oil
✅Dry lemon powder✅Lemon juice ✅2 maggi cubes
✅Salt and pepper. ✅Water
For toppings
- saute slice onion, add oil and 2 teaspoon of dry lemon powder
- yellow/golden raisins
-cook until the onion become soft
For chicken paste
1/2 cup Oil ( add more if needed) para pahiran ulit pag seserve na para shiny ang chicken
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 Tsp Dry lemon powder
1/2 tsp Hale powder
2 tbsp Lemon juice
