Only light soya sauce use kar sakte hai.Dark soya sauce dala toh bahut dark ho gayega

MSG and Azinamoto is same actually this is Chinese salt but aromatic powder is different.It is made up of onion ginger garlic powder and this is switzerland brand.Generally we don't use MSG because it's harmful for health

Hakka noddles is originated from Chinese cusion and noddles too.There is no such difference just to make people easier we called it chicken noodles
