1/2 kilo chicken boneless thigh or chicken breast
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 cup cold water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic or garlic powder 2 tsp
Marinate 3 hours or overnight:
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 sliced carrot
1/4 sliced onion
Fresh parsley or celery
2 cloves garlic or garlic powder 1 tsp
1 cup milk or evap milk
1 cup chicken broth or 1 cup hot water + 1/2 knorr cube or consommé powder
1/2 cup eden cheese or cheddar cheese
Black pepper
Salt to taste

This recipe is legit 👌. We moved to an island that no mcdo or any fastfood chain. They miss chicken ala king so I've tried this recipe and the kids love it. They said parang mcdo 😂 thank you mam for the recipe. ❤
