Ingredients
Knorr Crispy Fried Chicken Mix 30gm
Chicken Drumsticks 500gm
Garlic 15gm
Ginger 15gm
Lemon Juice 5ml
Honey 20ml
Soy Sauce 10ml
Turmeric Powder 1gm
Lettuce 20gm
Black Pepper 1gm
Water 50ml
Olive Oil 30ml
Method:
1. Wash & Cut (Chopped) Garlic, Lettuce, Ginger. Wash Chicken Drumsticks thoroughly.
2. Marinate Chicken Drumsticks with 30gm of Knorr Crispy Fried Chicken Mix, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper, Lemon Juice and Soy Sauce keep the mix aside for 2h.
3. Heat oil (30 ml ) into a fry pan, add marinated Chicken & Cook the chicken pcs on both sided for 10 min till chicken is half tender.
4. Add Honey, Water and fry till both chicken tender.
5. Decorate with Lettuce.
Serve hot.
