Dedication, patience, cleanliness, systematic are some of the best virtues of the mother and daughter home cooks ! They have made donuts with a difference here for all of us to copy and enjoy ! Iam also an elderly person with cooking traditional south indian food as my favourite hobby ! I would have been equally happy to eat the curry they made (as an intermediate product)- with rice or tandoori rotis or even egg dosas. The fresh yeast dough stuffed with the spiced chicken filling that has all the cheese, onions and peppers fried up to golden perfection topped with the seasonings has my mouth watering...YUM!!😋 Wish I had a dozen of them in front of me right now.😁 You have such amazing recipes and the love of cooking shines through in every one.
