INGREDIENTS:
1 kg. Chicken (cut into serving pcs)
1 large carrot (cut into wedges)
2 small potatoes (cut into wedges)
2 tbsp. curry powder
2 cups coconut milk
1 large onion (minced)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 thumb-sized ginger (cut into strips)
2 tbsp. fish sauce
green and red bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
