My old house use to be a chicken farm. Best dirt ever. Considering I love in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. This is great. Most of my neighbors have clay for dirt. My property grew anything and everything. Your girls look great!

Unfortunately, cranky passed away from some kind of chicken thing about six months after we bought her.

When do you take the plastic off? My first winter here in MN with chickens and was wondering when you do it? Thanks😊

As soon as it stops, snowing. I take one section off at a time as it progresses to get warmer and warmer. As soon as you can take that off the better because they need fresh air.
