Today's recipe is Chicken Buns 😍 Recipe By Chef Hafsa
ingredients you'll need
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups flour
1.5 tsp instant dry yeast
2 tbsp oil
luke warm water as required to knead soft dough
2 tbsp oil
1/2 chicken breast cut in mini cube
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tbsp water
1tsp oil
1 small onion chopped
1 egg
seasame seeds as req
preapration time 15 min
proofing time 1st: 1 hour
proofing time 2nd: 15 min
proofing time 3rd: 15 min
baking time 25 min

Yeast add kiya, jise hum khameer bhi kehte hain. Rossmoor ka milta hai instant yeast market se easily, 40-50 rs ka.
