Chicken Biryani / Kao Mok Kai / Thai Turmeric Chicken

Ingredients
Herbs paste
2-3 coriander roots
3-4 rounds of sliced ginger
2-3 shallots
Kao Mok Gai Spice Blend
1-2 sticks of cinnamon
2-3 star anise
4-5 bay leaves
Kao Mok Gai Rice
3 ½ cups jasmine rice
1 kg of chicken thighs and chicken breast
1½ tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon chicken broth sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
a pinch of salt
½ teaspoon cumin seed powder
1 teaspoon coriander seed powder
1/4 cup tablespoons evaporated milk
1/4 cup melt unsalted butter
1/4 cup natural yogurt
Mint Sauce Ingredient
40-50 g of peppermint leaves
8-10 long green peppers
1/4 cup of coriander
1 teaspoon salt
185 g vinegar or lime juice
165 g sugar
