Chicken Recipe
oil
2 lbs or 10 pcs chicken wings
1 tbsp cajun seasoning + (1 tbsp of each seasoning to season the flour)
1 tbsp onion powder +
1 tbsp Italian seasoning +
1 tbsp paprika +
1 tbsp poultry seasoning or all-purpose seasoning +
1 tbsp garlic powder +
1/2 tbsp white pepper +
buttermilk add enough to cover the chicken
2 cups all-purpose flour
Sticky Wings
1/2 stick butter
1 cup honey
Hot Honey Wings
1/2 butter
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/2- 1 cup honey
Waffle Recipe
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
Sift and combine the dry ingredients.
Combine the wet ingredients and add to the dry ingredients and combine.
