In today's Chicago travel vlog, I am sharing my top 10 Chicago bookstores! There is nothing better than a quality bookstore, so I hope you find this Chicago travel guide to the best bookstores in Chicago helpful! This list spans a bunch of neighborhoods in Chicago and includes used and new bookstores, as well as some shops that give back to the community. There is a little something for everyone and I hope you enjoy!

I have not been to the Co-op in YEARS! Will definitely have to pay them a visit. Finally visited Unabridged Books. Loved it. Shout out for their travel section. They had a book I really wanted to buy but didn't think they'd have. So I left happy.

I love the Co-Op! Such a cool atmosphere. And Unabridged is one of my absolute favorites in the city, they have such an incredible selection. I am right there with you, I was looking for books by Korean authors and I was shocked they had every single one on my list! Thank you for watching!

Hi, I found your video looking for bookstores in Chicago as i'm going there next week and i saw u have a lot of korean authors, surprisingly the books i'm looking foward to get there are from korean authors and i would like to know where would you recomend me to go (maybe not all the bookstore you visit here sell korean authors) Thanks in advance. :)

Hi! So based on my experience of looking for books by Korean authors, I had the most success at Unabridged Books in Lakeview. I was really surprised by how many they had in stock that were on my list! Also, they seem to keep their website really up to date, so you could even check for specific ones ahead of time if you'd like. (I'm a major bookstore nerd and love to just go and see instead of checking ahead, but just in case you'd like to do that!) I know that's only one but that's the shop where I got all of my Korean author books, so I hope that's at least a little helpful! Thank you for watching and I hope you have the best time in Chicago!
