Chicago’s 'Jack of all Trades' Brickhouse was the face of WGN-TV for five decades
Jack Brickhouse was a jack of all trades. From car shows to conventions, and from Popes to presidents, Brickhouse interviewed just about everyone and covered just about every kind of story.

Before Harry Carray it was Jack Brickhouse
The most comforting voice of my Childhood...Thank you, Jack!
Jack is the man hey hey
Let's do a Lou Boudreau/Vince Lloyd blooper reel next.
Awesome 👌
Why doesn't Wrigley Field have a statue of Jack Brickhouse? For forty-one years, from 1940 until 1981, he covered the Cubs while nine U. S. Presidents served. Brickhouse should have been the Cubs personality honored with a statue at the Friendly Confines.

Hey Hey!
Great sportscaster to watch as a kid
The legendary Jack Brickhouse, CEO of “Hey-Hey❗️❗️”
Brickhouse is The GOAT. He's my pick over Harry Caray. Period. End of Story.
☮️
Jack Brickhouse could do it all. I used to live five blocks away from Wrigley Field. Baseball/wrestling/ football/ basketball you name the sport he could announce anything. They gave Harry CAREY the flowers FIRST. WHERE JACK SHOULD HAVE HAD HIS STATUE BEFORE HARRY& HIS SIGNATURE CATCHPHRASE AFTER A HOMERUN HEY, HEY. HE WAS JUST CHICAGO ICON AS FAR AS SPORTS ANNOUNCERS GO
