Yep...I remember hanging out around there when I was a kid, Ambulance 6 was a Cadillac, and across the way on Seminary was the Milwaukee Road RR tracks that took hopper cars full of coal to the CTA lines up North...I helped unbury Ambulance 6 when it was stuck on Waveland AVE. during the big blizzard...have not been back there since 1968...the guys there were always nice to me...

U guys like to mess around all day long at the firehouse. I’m from Florida I work at Walmart in Port St Lucie on US-1. I’m a maintenance associate. When I don’t have nothing to do I walk around in the store and talk to my co-workers and mess around with them. I have a radio for work. When Management calls me on the radio for anything I always say up business to take care of.

So we forgot about engine 18 ( fire house 51)
