He's one of my favorite on Chicago pd I think that jay Halstead and kavin Atwater is cute! But jay been my favorite since the show started!
Hopefully he returns as a regular Co-Star

Im sorry im probably going to be the first to criticize.... I think Jesse is being a bit silly and Arrogant.... You move on from being a better actor, movie actor and moving on to bigger things... He is being Arrogant by saying he wants to try his hands on other stuff the other actors there are not fools and he has the audacity to come back and direct them? We are not fools, it will never work psychologically giving "take" instructions to your ex co stars.... It will take a few extra seconds to sink in which will affect the "takes" the whole thing just seems a little self centered and selfish on his part to me.
