No problem judges were biased and did not want to give death sentence to male accused criminals. Evidence was clinching. Court's do not consider evidence .it Lack of evidence is used to give biased judgement. Judges are corrupt and biased against women judges are biggest criminals of them all. Trivedi is callous incompetent foul woman who has no sympathy for poor parents who lost their daughter to a heinous murderers .most corrupt and inefficient system in the country . judicial system. That is y multinational do not want to set up facilities here coz judicial system is corrupt and biased

You are good advocate.My father was adopted by his uncle. And made a will in my father's name. Father's uncle passed away. Paternal aunt challenged the will in court 1st grade assistant collecter PCS in 1978. The court decided in favor of my father in 1980 and the court ordered my father will you take care of your aunt and pay 100 rupees every month. My father continued to pay the expenses later my father died. After death the property will be in my name. But we continued to pay. Now my paternal aunt is 90 years old. But since 1975, she was living in someone else's house. Also, his relationship with my father's uncle was bad. Now my father's aunt filed a case against me again for the same property which was decided 40 years ago and kept the old case hidden from the court. Just made a false accusation and took my property with these frauds. I have a court order for a will caseI have again applied and taken the certified copy of the order of the old case from the revenue department. There is a lawyer who created this mess because he wants to grab my property. He filed the case with the help of my father's aunt. This lawyer also practices in the same court.How do you view my harassment? My lawyer sir is also running very slowly.

No he has missed out all the evidence that the accused gave and confessions which led to the discovery of body .dna matching plus clothes and phone recovered in flat of accused.plus instruments used to kill girl car tools had matching dna and girls blood .autopsy revealed she had been killed thru car tools lot of evidence . video of accused tr along police to crime scene describing entire crime event is on the net. Sc judge saying no proof is complete lie
