Our almost-two-year-old watches your channel in a full trance. Never matters what he’s doing he will stop dead in his tracks and stand in front of the tv fully hypnotized and watch your entire video. It’s been like this since he was a little baby, he would always stop and watch your whole video before resuming his chaotic antics. He loves your channel and we do too!

For me at the other end of life, bedridden and not doing well, it's the same..I watch till the tractors get worked on. Then I change to watching Jim and his workhorses because I grew up with work horses and know zip about tractors..( p.s. dads second farm was near Berkshire not that far from Just a Few Acres..

Nathan: A couple times today I've seen my comments to a thread posted entirely on another channel where it has nothing to do with the topic at hand. Stuff like this will happen to people when they disagree with somebody who believes that "identifies with" is good enough to determine the gender of those with dysphoria. Now I'm watching that circle doing it's thing indicating I can't edit and overwrite it. It will say it's been deleted by a pop up but there on my screen it sits. So, I'm taking screen shots to post elsewhere if it becomes a problem. Thanking you in advance. I gave you a thumbs up when I read your post without seeing Pete for the first time today. My problem is my give a darn is something that can't be busted easily. 😉👍
Pete: "In four days we start all over again." (big smile) Hilary: "Hard to believe..." (hesitantly accepting reality..)
You and Hillary are a refreshing start to my morning, my favorite channel!

Thank you for all of your hard work this country needs farmers and good farms!
Billy is getting so big and what a friendly boar
Imagine a world where everyone had your ideals and work ethics. There would be small farms producing meat, vegetables, produce, fruits and nuts... then small wood lots people producing lumber, furniture and crafts... and they all sold their wares at a market. No more shopping malls... no more big box stores... no more politics. What a wonderful world it could be!
It has been a rough day for me. Your videos always lift my spirits. Thanks for sharing!

You and Hillary are so lucky to have each other....you make a good team...
I always enjoy watching you two working the farm. I had a small farm at one time. Raised my own beef, polled herefords, hogs, turkeys, only once, about 10, and a small flock of hens. I really enjoyed taking care of them and also had a rather large veggy garden. But you two make it look so enjoyable and make a great team. Keep up the good work, and videos. God Bless you both.
Thanks for taking us along.
Spring is here and sh... hits the fan :)
Nice when the weather corporates
Pete, I enjoy your jokes. My uncle would tell these type of jokes, we always said they were so bad they were funny. So to us you’re a Uncle Ernie jokester. Lee and Carolyn Bretzlaff, Villa Grove, Illinois.
For many years I have enjoyed the sound of the birds. Whether gramas in town, our home place or wherever. Billy sure enjoys being talked to and loved on. As well as the others. They enjoy being acknowledged and appreciated. Feels comforting. Thanks Pete and Hillary! Have a great day!
Thanks for taking me around the farm today Pete. Always a pleasure for me.
You're damn right about manure. Spreading manure should be done between nice dry days in spring thru the end of september. It's when it's chemical value (as well as it's micro bacterial value) are at their best. Especially with solid manure like what you got on the farm. The true value of manure doesn't stop to a lab analysis. Is waaaaay better than any fertilizers you can spread on the soil. It's ALIVE !
In the beginning of this video when you and your wife are coming out the house you can hear the woodpecker pecking on a tree.
Pete and Hillary. I cant express more how much i enjoy your videos. Its like a family phone call... "just checking in". All your content is just what the soul needs to ground yourself. Even when you are spreading manure..."literally". Lol. Please know you are producing quality content... when i see a random barn cat in the foreground and say..."hi Esra." Thanks again for all you share, whether its animal care, tractor repairs, or farmers market. Thats what i like best...your unpredictable routine life. 😉
Thank you from one who lives in the city. Learning.
Hello from perth western Australia
I'm 71 your channel reminds me of summers on the farm
Love to see spring coming...things are getting exciting on the farm. Thanks, Pete.
So great to see you smiling and obviously happy with the spring chores. YOu provide a lot of entertainment and knowledge to me and those other retired seniors. We love seeing your farm come "to life" in the spring and watch all the animals grow. Thanks for the work that you and Hillary do making these videos.

It is fun to watch the farm come alive in spring! It's so refreshing after winter
Wow, Billy Boy is really getting BIG! He looks about 4-5 times the size he was when you got him. Yours in Gratitude
Two cups of coffee and start my day with Pete, his humor, and Just a Few Acres Farm. I love love this channel. Brings back so many memories of growing up and living on a farm. Retired now loving it. Thanks for all the great videos, your wisdom and info.
Thanks Pete it all happing there mate ready for a nother year off farming , love the show you never know what your going to do , yep little pigs earlier than 10 days Pete , lots off natural poo , cheers from Australia 🇦🇺
Congratulations on getting 100,000 viewers love looking at the cows and pigs .
60's? shheeesh, we are getting dumped on with yet another 12 to 15 inches of....winter... Again. Yer piggers are looking good! Wish our boar was as friendly as your Buddy guy is.
I knew the minute you stopped and said you were thinking, there was a dad joke on its way, hahahaha.

Pete is the farm version of Mr. Roger's neighborhood
We have a small pond and wet areas on our property. In the spring and summer the sounds of peepers and tree frogs is almost defining and very much enjoyed.
Dad jokes are not my favorite thing, but when I hear you tell a dad joke I know you’re having a good day, and that you’re happy. Always brings a smile to my face. Love you’re videos, thanks for sharing your happiness today Pete. 😊
Thank you Pete! You’ve made my morning even more enjoyable with your new video! Thank you for showing Billy and JJ! They’re my favorites!😊

Wonderful video… again. Thank you. PS I loved the peepers.. brings back lovely memories.
Keep up the good work. Love watching you two work together.
Your best video title yet! 🙂 You're such an inspiration. I learn so much.
It's amazing the difference between North grasses and South grasses. Here in East texas the cows are off hay but won't have anything up to the digestibility/ protein of your grasses. I'm always jealous of your grass! But not the winter.

Loved the spreading poo. I always enjoy that looking forward to the whole hay process as well. Very satisfying. Thanks Pete. Appreciate it.
The cows were excited to see you in the field. They know they'll be out soon now!
I have tested your daddy jokes on my family, they think it's terrible, so keep them coming 🤣🤣🤣
Pete, why did you have to kick those wood chips over. Brownie was having so much fun just nibbling and sniffing. Lol Love you channel buddy!! Keep up the great work!
Man Billy's really growing.
I love this. Recently watched the Netflix doc called "Kiss the Ground". I speaks to the initiative on the importance of soil - the man-made causation of how we are negatively impacting the soil and how we can natural repair through regenerative agriculture!! It's nice seeing farmers like you taking such care of the land!
Time to spread some honey. Farm made honey😮😂
I can always count on you to tell us a bad joke that I've never heard before!
Billy is really growing up,thank you for sharing your day ,always makes mine better
The daily life of a farmer, "Shovel it in and then shovel it out. Ya gota to love it!" :-)
Down goes Mt. Pooji!
Good morning and thank you very much for the nice video
Pete I would love to meet you. But I am in California bet of a drive. 😊 God Bless you and yours.
The morning chores in that beautiful sunlight! I've always found the gentle rustle of hay to be relaxing and calming.
Did you decide to put your new pig edition on the side of the heifer barn? It's funny we all have a different spot on where you're going to add it. Everyone has heard a different location. Lol 😂. Love your channel just block out any of those negative people. They're everywhere. You & Hilary keep up the interesting videos. Love them, can't wait until the next ones!! The Andersons Richwood, Ohio
Looks like a good poo day, getting ready for spring. Great video and you and Hill have a great day.
Excellent video Pete :) yes get lots spring work starting up for sure , plus picking up supplies to and lots goodies! Yes like hearing frogs to hear from river up to west of house live plus sometime see Bull Frogs on house property to at night seen them or hear them Lol!
What I wouldn’t do for a nice tractor scoop of that rotted manure in my garden Pete! I can smell the sweetness now…but scoop from the cow side please!
Did you say Bay Of Pigs ? That’s Hilarious !!😂😂
I love your relationship with your pig you bring them in the pictures and talk to them just like they have children. That is the kindness of a farmer and his relationship with his livestock.
Nice video Pete (and Hilary), Thanks 😁
Never ridden a shovel before. 👌🏻 thanks😆
I love your daily routine videos. I know from your point of view it might be boring but not for the viewers. Keep it coming buddy.
Peepers! I so look forward to the peepers.
Animals do poop but it’s a part of the job with animals whether farming like Pete or being a veterinarian. All a part of the job.
We still spread every day. Chisel plow it in the spring. Grows good corn
Your calmness around the critters is impressive, especially if you are not editing or leaving out the frustrating times that can lead a man to using all those other words... 😂
Good morning Pete. Thanks for the video. Looking forward to the baby piglets being born!!!!! Have a great day 😊
Just a Few Acres 👍
Great video Pete, nice work
I like the video before I watch it 'cause I know I'm gonna like it anyways.
Love all the "dad" jokes!
Pete, that 756 sure sounds good!
I love your videos… I’m a young 32 yr old that grew up on a dairy farm, now I’m a construction superintendent. I’ve always dreamed of farming and because of your videos I’m doing just that… your videos are inspiring to some and definitely me. Keep on doing what you do. I plan on going to your market, I’m from herkimer county so sometime when I can find the time for a nice drive I’ll do just that.
Hey Pete. It is that time of year. We are getting ready to bring in our first chicks, layers and pigs this month. I have been watching your videos for the last two years or so, I have learned a ton. Thank you.
Pete, my day started out GREAT, as it always does watching your new video entry. Thanks for the up lift in my spirit . You and yours have a GREAT DAY!
Thanks Pete, you were on spot with the psychology I feel.
Wow! What a life you have!❤
The 756 sure would look nice dressed out in a set of rops like the 656
Thanks for the video, always enjoy watching!
Lol dad jokes. I threw a boomerang and it never came back, To this day I live in fear.
Now we are getting ready, cows and pigs excited! All that hay turned into compost and a positive process for this year. The market is opening and all your followers are ready for the excitement of the new pig dwelling. Thanks Pete!😊
Pete, I was on the freeway today and passed a guy with a loom on his front seat. He was weaving all over the place.
Hey Pete when the cows eat all the hay on one side does mean the grass is greener on the other side
Good morning Pete and Hilarie….another wonderful day.
I love watching your videos and how relaxing it is. Okay well maybe not you but for me! Thank you for bringing us along with your day.
Awesome video thanks and God bless..
Howdy from Florida, Pete! I really appreciate you, Hillary and the videos! Take me back to my youth. Thanks so much. Have a wonderful Easter weekend. God bless!
