Chevy Silverado keyfob shell replacement review
I bought these new keyfob shells from eBay for $15. The swap over is real easy and refreshes your keyfob to look spiffy again. If you need to replace the battery, it is a CR2032.
You can watch my other video on a partial disassembly on the newer fob.

Agreed …show more details, and better lighting and closeups !
How do you get chrome edge off both old and new fobs?? I don't see how without mangling them??

I posted a partial disassemble on my channel.
Thanks for this video
Poor example of instructional video. Hand held phone and 1 handed effort to dis-assemble...use a tri-pod and walk through the entire process. BTW, your discussion of replacing the cover over the battery shows that the cover is wrong side first!
Can you show the process of dissembling the old remote and pulling the motherboard out. Please.
Thanks
Why are some many people making “how to” and only tell you how to.Thats so frustration to watch someone “talk”
How do the silver edges come off???
