I live in upstate ny. I own 2017 chevy bolt ev. I love it. Winter decreases the range significantly. I get about 160 miles of range in the winter

Yes... varies...35 to 50 cents per kWh..at home about 13 to 15 cents per kWh

Rusty besides the 3 charging stations in Ft. Davis there is one in Marfa. Located at entrance to El Cosmico. You did a video there a while back.

100 volt worked for me...but 220 might be better for you

Depends on you...if you charge at home it'll cost you about 13-16 cents per kWh

300 miles with or without air conditioning (or heat?)

I have the same 2022 Chevy Bolt, and it's fantastic in the summer. I live up north and I don't drive mine in the winter because the heater is too small and uses way too much electric. You can't get half the miles you can in the winter and you can NEVER get warm.

It's cute, better looking than the new tesla's😊

300 miles is as good as many fossil-fuel cars. I suppose heading downhill to brake and charge the system - and stepping lightly on the throttle pedal when on the road - would be advisable. These EV's have ferocious take-off with constant power to the wheels. Chevy made a nice-looking item, it's the right size to park and has enough room inside. But - I like that you walk so much, Rusty. That's the ticket.

Don’t ask where I heard it from recently but I think the CEO of Chevy backtracked on canceling the Bolt. Anyone else hear different? Anyway me and my 60 mile range 2013 Leaf will have a great day. (Not my only vehicle)

If a person wants to purchase an electric car the Chevy Bolt is really a good buy. Don't go with the base model, spend a little more and get an upgraded model...well woth the money.
