The Redliner I hear the C7 is a death trap because of rear suspension problems and also the control arms snapping causing loss of control even at very low speeds (40mph)

I own a 2015 corvette convertable with 3LT interior and have had no issues with it. #1 i dont race it or try to burn the tires off of it, just because its a corvette doesn't mean you treat it like a dragster. Yes there are a lot of people that pull by me at the stop light but i don't care. you need to understand what it is to own a corvette and maybe one day you will.

Performance cars are meant for performance purposes. It's understandable to not race it but don't act like using a sports car for motorsports is somehow "not understanding"

Got similar problems on my 2017 Grand Sport rear axle service light was coming on rough shifting and I finally just had enough. Its gotta go.

How much did GM charge to fix the wheels and leather on the center arm rest?

possible brakes dust bonding with coating on the rims , Had this happen to my Honda when it was new and had OEM brakes. just my 2 cents worth. once I put EBC rotors and pads I never had the problem again , but I was always fighting what had already happened to the rims.

I have 2019 Grand Sport. The only issues are door panels are not tight enough shaking when you shut the door and one headlight fogging after rain. Everything else is solid.

I have had two C7 3LT vettes, a Z51 and a Z06 currently. I did not have a problem with either. Z06 doesn't have heat issues, but I also don't track it. Both my cars had black wheels so pitting not found. Suggest ceramic coating for wheels and whole really but you need perfect paint before doing it.

Same issue with my camaro wheels they actually replaced all 4 rims due to the black paint fading

I had the same "pits" on my C7. They scratch off with your fingernail. Not pits.

My rpm gauge is all over the place hope they fix it

mine has no issues at all, z51 3lt is 3 years old in August.

We have a 2014 3LT Z-51 Premiere Edition with 17,000 miles. The "absolute worst" you talk about is "pitting paint" on your wheels. Your wheels are painted, the pitting is in fact from small bits of rock that are kicked up from the road. The brake dust you pointed out is also somewhat corrosive, and should be cleaned often by yourself- this basic maintenance is your responsibility. Just a little FYI, if you had opted for the chrome wheels you would not have any "pitting". I would also recommend that you look into the various ceramic nano finishes that add additional protection to your paint and wheels. Also, the 3M protective wrap on your front end would stop all those stone chips that appear on your front end. That area between panels that you were pointing out as a flaw in the construction of your car is nothing compared to those stone chips on the front end. BTW, those stone chips on your front end indicate to me that the the roads you drive on have a lot of reduced gravel- the same little bits of stone that are pitting your painted wheels. I have absolutely none of the issues with our C-7 that you are having, and our Corvette is one of the oldest C-7's out there- built in Nov. 2013.

wow, clean your wheels more and be more careful opening the center armrest These really are no GM issues but owner. Who goes around pushing the panels on there car.

Don't have ANY issues at all with my'17 Grand Sport Vette

GM is awful with their wheels. I had my 18" aluminum wheels on my 2014 z-71 fully replaced TWICE for corrosion problems. At one point they literally asked if I could just live with it, smdh.

These problem are nothing compared to mustang plastic made mt82 transmission , manifold issues , misfires , interior don’t hold up either , can’t wait to hop in a corvette and get rid of my mustang

Quality control bitches. I bought a 2019 Corvette. And first week, the headliner on the carbon fiber roof fail down. The glues they used or whover installed it didnt do good job. I had to then push it back on and press it down to get it to stick. I fixed it myself. But that is unacceptable. You driving down the road and the liner falls on top of your head. Really? 🤣🤣🤣 Bruh, imagine crusing braking necks and the roof liner drop on your head and it breaks your neck. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Its all one big heavy piece. Its just super glued on. Come on chevy. And u wonder why some people say they never buy American. The number one reason most people with money dont buy American is because they know quality is bad overal compared to other car makers. ✌️

Dude these are minor issues . Everyone knows vettes are for performance, not their quality . Buy a C8 and let us know if the quality has improved . Good luck on Chevy replacing the bumper or glovebox cuz it ain’t gonna happen. Service From Chevy sucks
