Replacing the Radio aftermarket is A MAJOR hastle. that one piece top and rear bolt system (one for each side) which attaches the Bin and Radio together, will NOT match up to any other Radio Kit. But you will have to find a way,even if it means drilling larger holes in IT, and HOLES to match in the Stereo ITSELF,which is risky business. The housing sleeve that is used on Dual and Blaupundt Bluetooth stereos is TOO WIDE and because of a protruding PIN on the frame and the CONFINED area of said bolt holes is critical to EXACT width placement.So you'll not need the "sleeve". Another thing,ALL of the double bin kits have a SQUARE Storage Box or Bin. The early 2004 models have a TAPERED Box, and is the ONLY Bin that will fit that space! I researched every kit available on Amazon and checked Auto stores and Walmarts,purchased 2 kits only to return them. There is NO wiring Harness available that I could find! SO GOOD LUCK.

I have a 2004 aveo chevrolet and I bought it without a radio i was wondering is there's a radio that I can purchase?

Faster than a speeding bullet lol :-) You mean your universal multipurpose tool for everyday use, even doubles up as a back scratcher in an emergency, Only $19.90 at all good tool stores.

I know this is an old video, but if you're still out there in youtube land, I have a quick question. I just installed that same factory Avea cd player/radio in my mother's car. I got it from a junkyard. It works just fine except when I turn on the lights, the radio buttons don't light up. Are they even supposed to?? Can you remember that far back if yours lit up when turning on the headlights??

ik i am not the guy in the video but when i had my factory radio in my kalos it did'nt light up either and the wiring was good in mine so im guessing no.

My radio stopped working all of a sudden and it turned back on asking for a code... Just got the car a couple of weeks ago... Any suggestions???
