Ойындар
This chess hustler did some dirty tricks when he played my mother (who is a chess grandmaster), so I had to get revenge. This video was filmed in Washington Square Park in New York City a few days ago - hope you enjoy :)

Sometimes they play where each move adds a few seconds. With that if you move quick enough you can build some time back up. Makes it interesting since someone can blitz a few moves then take a moment to think.

I love how the mom just stands there with a smirk on her face the entire time - she's very proud of her daughter...
Against mom, he made an illegal move when she had 5 seconds, and pushed the clock. That loses the game. Knocked over pawns, didn't put them back before pushing the clock. Illegal. He also moved his rook, pushed the clock, then put the rook on a different square. Lots of illegal stuff that would lose the game in a real blitz tournament. Then he claims a win on time in a totally lost position after running her clock with illegal stuff.

I grew up in those parks , its usually wholesome honestly. The term "hustler" in chess isn't the same as in other areas of life. Just means you play for money, 5 10 bucks, its not a mean place at all. Having new great players is always fun. Especially on the rare times its females and a mom and daughter grand Master duo, come on, so awesome! I'd take my loss to have the honor to play all three of these folks!
What a dude. Just loved the overall banter being so calm. Could listen to him all day lol.
i love this form of content. authentic and wholesome. never exploit it and go scripted but pleaseee make a series
That first game he seemed to try everything, knowing she would win without his shenanigans. They all knew the GM was there! The second, he realized Anna was rapidly showing that the Cramling game is good! That was fun to watch and the spirit was good. Pia is awesome!

Mom did not lose. He messed up. Wouldn’t he be disqualified ?? In my opinion. Mom got foul play by this gentleman. But mom was so humble and classy instead of being arrogant. She knows what happens and just keeps peace and love. Wow. Elegance at its finest.

I've played Pia in a rated tournament game on classical time controls and she is super strong so he was really lucky to swindle a win on time.
I am surprised and somewhat impressed with people who love to play chess. Especially when they lose so graciously. They seem to get excited even in defeat and want to play again. And what's with all the trash talk over the board? Sometimes it's funny but sometimes it can be a bit vicious. I'm going to have to learn to play and hit the park myself.
