Chesapeake Shores: Meghan Ory Talks TRACE and EVAN

'Chesapeake Shores' star Meghan Ory, who plays Abby O'Brien, opens up during a panel moderated by ET's Deidre Behar all about season 5 and what to expect. Ory weighs in on Abby's growth this season, after accepting the role as president of the family construction company. She also talks about Abby's new haircut, new hobby and new romance with Evan, a billionaire whom she initially clashes with. Ory opens up about welcoming Evan, played by Robert Buckley, to 'Chesapeake Shores' and how he's different from her former flame, Trace, played by Jesse Metcalfe (who recently departed the series). As for Jess' wedding episode, Ory shares her reaction to the grand event and seeing her co-star, Laci J. Mailey, in a bridal gown. She also teases the finale, which Ory says is full of jaw-dropping moments she never saw coming. 'Chesapeake Shores' airs Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Channel.

This is an amazing story about family life and how to overcome challenges. I do like the Trabby scenes and hope we see them together again. There is a love energy there, like no other🥰

Meghan Ory is a Canadian actress, born in Victoria, British Columbia. She started acting in theater before her teens, but was prohibited by her mother-a drama teacher-from auditioning for film and TV roles until she could pay for her own head shots.

I also have interest to know about Bree and Luke; but where is Simon now ? Also missing like Trace ? Jesse is a very very good actor and handsome !!!! He gave life to Chesapeake Shores love story.

Has my time. I can't tell you how the Chesapeake Shores has got to me I've cried & cried when it came to an end. This Secrecy and all the Actress were so perfect it was like watching family members getting along and having a good time natural and real a family doing things Together, I've looked all through my iPhone for anything containing the Chesapeake Sores Secretary Looking for more movies to wash, I've never had any movies secrecy of any kind get to me like this one has everyone did their part so wonderful it's

Like something I saw before it's just that real, Hallmark you've never produced a movie as beautiful graceful wonderfully produced as this one is❤🥰😍, Hallmark place let me buy the hold secrecy of Chesapeake Shores to have here at home I love it just that much, and People will buy it too 😂 let me know how I can get them🤪🙏, Hallmark is all I wash every day and night but this one is the best, Could y'all place decide to do make 6 secrecy because to complete 5 you need to carry it on to 6 or 7 because there's too much happening the engagement the pregnancy the wedding the new baby the new father coming in & the Mother & Father getting married its just getting started good not stopping, Hallmart do talk to all the actors that are in Chesapeake Shores place accomplishes some additional 6-7-8 ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 Jo Ann Grantham
I dont understand why the writer done this. I have said this before and I will again say this world needs abby ,and trace love story, hallmark you have ripped the heart ,and broke alot of the fan.

🤦♀️ the writters didn't do this ; if you are referring to Abby and Trace. Jesse Metclfe; the actor who played Trace; asked to be permanently written out of the show.

Jesse couldn't act his way out of a paper bag. I'm glad that he left. Their relationship wasn't healthy at all. I know that they are playing the billionaire angle but the third grade teacher is a better match for Abby

I try to understand why they replace Trace with Evan. But, I don’t understand, Abby make decision to separated with Trace because of the girls and her family more important.. I got it. But I’m still disappointed and confused. The series not interesting anymore😭

The power utility company Eskom even has its contractors rig the system while supposedly repairing transformers or whatever they do. As the saying goes...only in SA

There is no reason for Abby and Trace to separate. The serie will be a " bas bern " when Trace lesves the serie. Here in Lisbon we are on serie 4, so we are still watching. Evan and Abby has no chemistry. Ugj!

Why did they use on outsider Meghan instead of a hallmark regular cast
I always thought that Trace and Abby were a mismatch. They were like mixing oil and vinegar. In the book Trace is a graphic designer in New York, and they make a great couple, but the show changed who Trace is. So, for the show, Evan is a much more suitable match😊
