În the 2010s, 2012-2016 my dad would play these funky pop groove R and B music in the car while picking me up from school. He had a Cd set of all types of them. He specifically had this one “Saturday love”. This would be the song he played the most out of all of them. I always used to love this and would vibe with him. Nowadays you don’t get people playing music is CDS it’s now Spotify or Apple Music. I really miss that era because it was just so much fun. I heard this song for the first time in a long time on brydell cockys channel and instantly I remembered. I never once thought to search it up and listen to this because I was invested in other songs. Now I feel the groove again.

most of this production is electric tho? everything apart from the drums i get what youre saying tho music went downhill from 05.

Reminds me of a Saturday deep afternoon turning evening and me and my family buying KFC, going town centre or just being out in the car in general. Man those were the good days.

You can never go back but memories can be golden, embrace them and just keep on pushing

Used the song to teach my 4 year old the days of the week, and guess what... he became the teacher's favorite at school when he recited the days of the week. Thanks Ms. Cherrelle.
