совок. нужен комплексный подход. ремонт всего и вся, строительство нового современного(это всегда дорого). даже инвестирование в течение 20 лет не даёт желаемого результата. европейцы.

Вот станет Российским и сразу все отстроят,отремонтируют, газ, электричество, ЖКХ станет дешёвым. Вон какой Мариуполь отстраивают, красота!
