I admire chenle in so many ways, he doesn’t really care about that “perfect” idol image which is expected in the kpop industry. He says what he thinks but still draws a line where it’s not disrespectful towards anyone. He’s literally so honest and real and you can see that it’s his real personality coming through. That’s why he’s so likable, and it kind of makes him different from other idols in a really positive way! chenle honestly deserves more appreciation :)

His brand of funny feels comfortable like a normal friend you hang out with everyday. His vibe feels so grounded and he doesn't sell his idol image, so he doesn't have the idol baggage/burden. Most idols can't afford to do that because it's part of the job or that their personality might get them easily misunderstood. But it works for Chenle because you can just tell he grew up loved, cherished, and down to earth. He simply radiates good vibes.
