Valérie, my 21-year-old feline girl, has bladder cancer. She is reacting rather well to intravenous chemotherapy (5 treatments so far). Her quality of life is good at this point. Watching your videos allowed me to educate myself and be prepared when discussing with her oncologist here in Ottawa, Canada. Thanks for the videos, Dr. Sue. (PS: Our premium pet insurance is such a great thing to have and makes a huge difference.)
This vet explains everything so easly to understand
Our dog went through his first chem treatment a little less than two weeks ago. He seems to be doing fantastic but his bloodwork indicates that his WBC is low. Low enough that the oncologist called me to let me know and to ask if he was taking his antibiotics. He is but his last dose is tomorrow moring. I was feeling good about him doing so well after the first treatment. Now I'm more worried. :( ETA: Watching your video made me feel a little better.
My mum had breast cancer ( mucinous carcinoma ) I guess I was really young when she undergone her chemotherapy and it went up to 2 years. Poor mother. But she is cancer free yay🙌🏽💪🏽

I started K9 immunity end of December and Apocaps, and i am giving also Modified Citrus Pectin, (this morning i did not give MCP) Doxy every 15 days, no need to tell you how desperate i feel, i am in ivory coast west Africa, vet comes every 3 months and he has not heard of Palladia but got it for me, a box of 20 pills 50 mg, i don't know if and how to give it, if you can help me please Dr
Is prednisone a viable alternative to chemo ?
My 11years pit bull is experiencing side effects from chemo. We are in a break of a week before the next Palladia. If the vomit and diarrhea continuos we’ll stop the chemo treatment.

My 10 year old dog is diagnosed with venereal tumor. Was told she needs chemotherapy. Is it still safe for a senior dog to undergo chemotherapy?
