Chemotherapy Diet
बोहोत सारे पेशेंट्स के मन में chemotherapy के दौरान पथ्य के सवाल रहते है। उनमेसे एक है की chemotherapy के दौरान या उसके बाद में क्या खाना चाहिए या क्या नहीं खाना चाहिए।
जैसे cancer की treatment महत्वपूर्ण है उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण है की उस दौरान हमारा आहार कैसा है ताकि हमारा शरीर treatment को साथ दे। इसलिए patient को अपना खान पान सही तरीकेसे रखना है ताकि हमारी शरीर की प्रतिकार शक्ति या immunity बनाई रखती है और उससे infections को fight करने की power बानी रहती है। इससे हमारा body weight maintained रहता है जिस्से chemotherapy के जो side effects है वो कम होते है। इन सारी चीज़ो से chemotherapy प्रभावशाली होती है और उसके ज्यादा फायदे मिलते है।
Chemotherapy side-effects
कभी कभी patients को chemotherapy के दौरान patients को कुछ problems face करने पड़ते है जैसे की भूक कम लगना , taste चला जाना , उलटी जैसी feeling आना , मुँह में छाले आ जाना , थोड़ा सा भी खाना खाने पर पेट फूल जाना , कभी कबार दस्त या कब्ज लग जाते है। इन सारे चीजों के वजहसे patient खाना कम कर देते है। तो खाना कम न करे क्युकी chemotherapy से कमजोरी आ जाती है।
तो जानते है chemotherapy के दौरान आहार नियंत्रित करने के टिप्स / सुझाव या
Chemotherapy के दौरान क्या खाना चाहिए ? (Diet during Chemotherapy in Hindi)
1.अपने खाने का छोटे छोटे हिस्सों में विभाजन/ divide कीजिये
सामान्यतः हम खाना दिन में २ से ३ बार कहते है। ये ना करते हुए अपना खाना दिन में ६ बार लीजिये हर दो घंटे बाद थोड़ा थोड़ा खाइये। इससे आपकी खाने की मात्रा भी बानी रहेगी और पेट भी नही फुलेगा। उसके साथ ही साथ आपका उल्टी आने की feeling नहीं आएगी।
2. आहार तीखा , मसालेदार , बोहोत ठंडा या गरम सेवन ना करे।
इससे digestion ठीक रहता है और जिन patients को मुँह में छाले है , उनको ऐसा खाना मदत मिलेगी।
3. शरीर में पानी की मात्रा उचित बनायीं रखे।
पानी की मात्रा उचित होना इसलिए जरुरी है क्युकी इससे जो chemotherapy के दौरान दवाइया होती है , वह शरीर से निकलना बोहोत जरुरी होती है। इसलिए कम से कम शरीर में १/२ से २ लीटर पानी शरीर में जाना बोहोत आवश्यक है।
4. ताजा और पका हुआ खाना खाइये।
Chemotherapy के दौरान या उसके बाद के ७-१० दिन काफी महत्वपूर्ण होते है। इस दौरान अपने खून में जो white blood cells है जिससे infections होने की सम्भावना ज्यादा हो सकती है। इस वक्त patient को ताजा और गरम पका हुआ खाना खाये। बहार का खाना ना खाये। सब्जिया उबालकर खा सकते है।
5. Chemotherapy के दौरान ताजा और पका non veg खा सकते है क्या ?
Patients मासाहारी पदार्थ खा सकते है पर आपका खाना अच्छे से पका होना चाहिए और ताजा होना चाहिए। वह मसालेदार नहीं होना चाहिए।
6. छिलके निकलने वाले फलो का सेवन कीजिये।
यह infections को रोकने केलिए है। अच्छे से छिलके और बीज निकालके खा सकते है। हर बार खाने के बाद अपना मुँह साफ़ रखना है।
7. ऐसा कोई भी आहार नहीं है जिससे cancer पूरी तरह ठीक हो सकता है।
विज्ञानं में ऐसे कोई भी उपाय नहीं है जिससे आहार से कैंसर ठीक हो जाता है। बस अपने सेहत का ध्यान रखने केलिए पौष्टिक और अच्छा आहार ले। अपने oncologist और dietician से सलाह लेके अपना डाइट ले।
जो भी घर में बनाया हुआ, अच्छे से पका हुआ गरम साफ़ आहार लीजिये जिससे आपका कीमोथेरेपी के दौरान कोई कठिनाईया नहीं पड़ेगी। patients अपने oncologists से भी सलाह ले सकते है।
