June 10th 2016. 8 years ago today I was doing the exact same thing im doing right now about to walk into my oncologists office waiting on results today a scan 8 years ago a biopsy that I already knew what the answer was going to be and that cancer was back
Then it was the second time in 8 months my world was turned upside down again when he said those dreaded words your cancer is back but this time he added the bombshell that it also has metastasized
Even though this is a very hard day to remember an even more so being as im back here doing basically same thing but ive beat the odds multiple times survived more than I ever believed I could.
