The solvent used in chemical stripping, such as tin stripping agent, removes all the solder within an hour detaching the components from the PCB board. Fluoroboric acid (0.3M) with hydrogen peroxide (0.2M) can also do the job for you, making the board clean of any solder residues

How do I donate so I can get the chemical formula that you are using?

I wish I had access to this... I have way too many PCBs that I need to salvage the components from, and even with a solder pot, it'll take days. With this, I can put all my PCBs in a bucket and wait an hour, and all components will just fall off, including SMD. I'm guessing it's pretty expensive, though, so I'll probably use a solder pot. I don't want to throw away components that could be reused. Always: Reuse, then recycle.

HCL and 30% H2O2 will dissolve Gold and all other metals. you end up with a mixture of all dis-solvable metals in an Aqueous Solution. Very difficult and time consuming to separate the metals!

Just look for a stabilized-inhibited nitric acid/ferric nitrate-based solder solvent, hard to find but not impossible and easier than this side show.

Обычном растворе из мочевины и селитры. Все же так не растворяет. А в малой количестве и другие металлы растворится. А у него не так. Как будь то щелочь.

Здраствуйте нас интересут данные метод использования в промышленных маштабах так как есть большое колличество плат. Можем обсудить

Thanks for the very non-educational video. For anyone that would like to know how this works, he's using a mixture of HCL and H2O2, best if the H2O2 is 30% and you can get that by evaporating the store bought hydrogen peroxide to 1/10th volume.

H2O2 evaporation cause explosion risks. Hcl and H2O2 produce hi dangerous fumes. If you not attested, try it at home. Hcl and H2O2 dissolve all metals include gold.

Wrong. HCl will attack aluminium before tin. The aluminium capacitors would be attacked before the solder is attacked.
