In this video we will cover:-
1.From the rate expression for the following reactions, determine their order of reaction and the dimensions of the rate constants.
CH3CHO (g) → CH4 (g) + CO(g) Rate = k [CH3CHO]3/2 ;C2H5Cl (g) → C2H4 (g) + HCl (g) Rate = k [C2H5Cl]
2.For the reaction: 2A + B → A2B the rate = k[A][B]2 with k = 2.0 × 10-6 mol-2 L2 s-1. Calculate the initial rate of the reaction when [A] = 0.1 mol L-1, [B] = 0.2 mol L-1. Calculate the rate of reaction after [A] is reduced to 0.06 mol L-1.
3.2NO+O22NO2 ; 2H2O22H2O+O2 (in presence of I- and alkaline medium)
4.Show that in a first order reaction, time required for completion of 99.9% is 10 times of half-life (t1/2) of the reaction A first order reaction has a rate constant 1.15 × 10-3 s-1. How long will 5 g of this reactant take to reduce to 3 g?
5.Half-life for radioactive decay of 14C is 5730 years. An archaeological artifact containing wood had only 80% of the 14C found in a living tree. Estimate the age of the sample.

@@umihage6909 Naah bhai the only channel I relied upon was this. One shot videos of each chapter + their livestreams during board exams helped me

@@ryderfromgta ok and is it ok if I fail physics?😭 because 5 subjects are only reqrd right? I have an extra additional subject, computer so will they not count the marks of physics for percentage if I fail

@@umihage6909 Sorry for the late reply. Nah it doesn't work like that unfortunately. If you're stressing out because you haven't studied anything before, use that stress to focus on preparing for the exam. Even I was about to fail, I only started studying at the very end (the datesheet was almost the same I started studying everything mid February). I got 33/70 in theory and that's because I prepared theory really good but not the derivations (derivations should be the priority but I knew I couldn't get that done now so I put it all into theory). All I did was one shot videos from this channel and a final revision which this channel did on live too
