If they want to win against Barca, they need to create equal amounts of chances..... Soaking in pressure might have worked against City. It wouldn't work against barca

Very poor game, lucky goal by James but Hannah Hampton in Chelsea goal played well in rare appearance. Chelsea meet Arsenal in a repeat of final last year but at Molineux, Wolverhampton. The way i see it MC have to huge problems: First, Hemp and Shaw are good players, but until they learn to pass instead of always trying to score when inside the box, they will never be great. Second: Yui should play at least twenty meters closer to the opposite box, in a team where she is clearly the best passer city can't have seven players closer to the box than her, that is why City don't win.

Yes, Yui was isolated and would have to play together with Park, they are fast and skilled and can easily infiltrate the defense. I didn't know that City played with that formation, they even played better than Chelsea but did not prevail

Don't think to much about any formation, those are just reference, Kelly and Hemp in the formation you mentioned supposedly are midfielders, they are forwards, all it means is that they have defensive duties witch in the modern game most players have, to me even if City manage to win the league, they still could be a lot better with Yui playing a more offensive role.@@Daveportime

I have been observing lately maybe from last season if am not mistaken to dis season expecially dis season our defense has been bad, terribly bad,luck has been on our side dat our opponent misses most of the goals or our goalkeeper sometimes save us please the coaches should work more on the defense

You should also observe that we had Bjorn, Maren, Ashley, Bright and Buchanan not available for this game and had to play a midfielder as a central defender.

What hoodoo has Manchester city got to get over, to beat Chelsea ? This reminds me of the 20/21 season when MC had the best team and the best ever midfield (Walsh, Weir, Mewis + (sub) Lavelle) and Dominated the final game against Chelsea to win the league, but goal keeping heroics foiled them. Maybe MC needs to see a witch doctor.
