You have entered one of the world’s greatest indoor food marketplaces, Chelsea Market. This dazzling mall is a collection of restaurants and shopping mall, occupying an entire block in Chelsea, New York City offering dozens of great places to eat, and many exciting retail outlets.
Attracting 6 million visitors annually, it is one of the most trafficked, and written-about, destinations of any kind in New York City.
Located next to The High Line, which passes through the building's Tenth Avenue side, between 15th and 16th Streets in the Meatpacking District next to Chelsea, in the lower west side of Manhattan.
Chelsea Market opened in 1997 but retained the stripped-down brick architecture of the original building-retaining the unique industrial design and character.
The market’s collection of distinctive and diverse merchants is not just an average food hall, but rather a lively marketplace.

It's a few blocks from me.
I was here wiry my wife in 2018. It was packed and thst is as much a part of the experience as the food. The atmosphere. Sadly I can't see it ever being like this again. Not for a very long time. Very sad but was glad I went when I did

I live in NYC and haven’t been to Chelsea Market will have to check it out when it reopens. Looks fabulous. Sadly it won’t be the same as when u went with all the social distancing. Thank you for showing this
