So the latest reports reaching us from the blues camp is that Chelsea are in talks with Aston Villa to sign 18-year-old attacking talent Omari Kellyman. Villa value him at £20m. According to transfer expert David Ornstein A deal for Omari Kellyman is expected to be struck for around £19M. Finer details between clubs needs to be finalised, with Kellyman required to undergo a medical and agree personal terms.
