make 1 big mistake and it hasn’t been the first time i’ve seen him do that when passing from the back but his shot stopping is so much better than kepas

I'm not sure if unpreparedness or lack of confidence but our strikers need to put the ball in the back of the net...it's been going like this for three solid years now

This club needs stability, there has been too many comings and goings in the last two seasons, but it's painful to watch Chelsea at the moment. Just two years ago we were on top of the world, how the mighty have fallen. Then again, it took Klopp 2 years to build a competitive team and 3 years to win a major title.

The title?! I get we're getting better, but we're not gonna get the title for a while, especially when we can't beat Forest or Bournemouth.

I think we should change the mindset of how we look at our games....we view them as of means of our past and tht we should obliterate our opponents rather than a building block to the future....this is a totally new model....one which is different and focuses on longevity rather than the short term....it is gonna take some time....but these owners are not totally clueless as to what the club wants to aim for....their just having a hard time realising its a different sport....its progressional....we wanted a model tht would last us a decade or so....we should be willing to wait for the long term results....we are too expectent and dont realise tht this is what it might take to do better in the future

I think our problem is that we don't do much when we get the ball closer to opponent box. Jackson in that first chance should have passed to Gallagher running in front of him cos he was so close to the goalpost but he didn't know he was too far from the post before playing that shot. That is one aspect of the game that average players don't understand which the coach should put them through on it. Since we are struggling for goals, then as a coach, let the players make sure they set themselves up in the box very well more closer to opponent goalpost to reduce the pressure on them since they can't shoot on target from afar of then it's better they combine together to get the ball more closer to the post before shooting. They need to learn about self awareness on the pitch to know whether to pass the ball before shooting or shoot the ball instead of passing it even in thite spaces cos that's how we know an intelligent player who plays with his brain and eyes active before making silly decision. That's what makes Pep Guardiola team different from other premier league teams. They are so smart and brilliant so much that they don't lose the ball anyhow and they know to make their pass or shooting not predictable by defenders or goalkeepers. Attimes I notice their eyes and decision don't go the same direction like instead of looking at the top corner of the post but meanwhile his real intention is to play it lower right into the post but he's looking up. That's one tactics of being unpredictable. They're are just wise In all their decision And that's the impact of the person instructing and coordinating them which is Pep their Coach. Most times Chelsea players decision on the ball is just like a student rewriting what a teacher writes or explain to him without using his own sense or knowledge to write it in another way and get the same answer or result. Poch has slot to do honestly since we are stucked with a lot of average players.

When I tell people that, they say I tell Gallagher has work rate, he only works hard because he knows zilch about pitch awareness. If he keeps the right position, he would always be there to make the right interception

I don't think the players are been groomed on how to handle different situation on the pitch to the ones in training. They felt it's the same way it happens in training will also happen on the pitch. They run out of idea or options when different things happen on the pitch then they begin to misbehave. In that situation, a matured and intelligent player will reason to change his playstyle either by making different moves or produce a new skill to get himself out of a difficult situation at that moment in the space of seconds, he's already clear with ball. A sharp and smart minded players will not rely on their Coach brain to produce something on the pitch cos the situation may appear differently when they're alone.

We were unlucky non of our chances went in , like sterling and Jackson hitting post and the rebound collwill was offside , and Conor and palmer shots gets saved from inside the box

.....at the very least, every Chelsea fan can say they trust the defence. Especially Sanchez 👍

Sanchez was good. Chelsea level goalkeeping in this game for sure. Hardly anyone else demonstrated Chelsea level game. Gusto was probably the next closest one.

@ko7015 he wasn't bad, I wouldn't say he was amazing. He lost possession few times and he failed to offer himself in situations when defenders were under press. It seemed Thiago didn't have the same level of confidence in him like everyone else does.

Just read that we have a £2B renovation plan. That should give as more than a stunner and make as the go to stadium in Europe. Because the stunner that is Bernabeu cost only £1B and is super amazing..
