    I am just happy that in our current time where music and musicians are treated so low and under-appreciated, there is still a platform or program like this that values live music and musicians just like how they do it back in days. Thank you for this program. Pls do not stop this.

    @@herrrmike They are paid very little. There are more centralized global communities online, but that doesn't negate the fact they are paid the same dollar amount as they were paid decades ago. The pay we give musicians for gigs in low, if they are paid at all.

Les boubous sont sublimes. Tout m'a plu. Merci de nous l'avoir fait connaître. Il y a du tempo congolais, mandingue, ouolof. On est emporté loin très loin.

    haven't heard from cheikh lo since I was 12 13 i think. but now i am 30 and this is so refreshing to see. I'm really into this old african legend cant keep up with hip hop anymore it's for the youngsters.👍👍👍

    KEXP always taking me places! Watching your videos is like visiting different parts of the world and absorbing the local culture in a very intense and tangible way. It's like all the emotions you would collect from a months' journey to a foreign country but concentrated and intensified into one 30-40 minute wave of emotions. Thank you KEXP!
