We should pay tithe….Mathew 23:23. Musanyeperwe…verse 23:33 “Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You give a tenth of your spices-mint, dill and cumin. But you have neglected the more important matters of the law-justice, mercy and faithfulness. You should have practiced the latter, without neglecting the former.

You don't understand the Bible, Jesus was on earth during the old testament era, tithes were part of that testament. In the new testament , which started after the resurrection of Jesus there is no tithing.
