Hi Shivesh, If you don't like bitter gourd because of it's bitter taste try it this way... Boil the slices in water with some salt, turmeric and tamarind in it. It will cut the bitter taste of it. Then you can go ahead with what ever recipe you want to...

The Parsi green chutney is yummy and you can have a sandwich with cheese sixe or vegetables. Like tomato and cucumber it taste awesome

Shivesh bhaiyya what I suggest for karela ka sabji especially fry is to marrinate it in salt for 30 minutes. The salt absorbs bitterness. Loads of love from Kerala ❤️

Personally I love karela chips and litti chokha is my favourite even my roommates also love litti chokha. Actually I am a bihari living in Bengal and my college is also in Bengal and my roommates are bengali so they never tried litti chokha before. So ma pack litti chokha for them whenever I go to hostel after vaccination.

Shivesh, Karela chips are yummy. You don't like it so not open to try. 😂😂 You dint do it well. You need to remove the extra strong taste by salt sweating it first, then dry it and then add the above, we do add a lil jaggery powder to balance the flavor.
