The down to earth review/guide that I was looking for as I’m thinking about buying this sharpener! I enjoyed your realistic assessment of the practicality of using a whetstone. While I was heavily considering it, I don’t think I’d want the long term time investment for my basic daily knives. Thanks for a superb video and helping me make my decision!

I believe you should use 1, 2, 3 slots in correct order? Not 1, 3, 2 ?

I just got the same sharpener. Yes you do 1, 2, 3 per the instructions. If sharpening serrated, use 3 only.
