I love food and have enjoyed it from many different countries. Among my favorites, Indian cuisine ranks high on the list.
I also love to travel, having explored Latin America, including Peru and Mexico, as well as my home state of California. I have had the privilege of trying the diverse flavors and cuisines from these places. The food from Michoacán is vastly different from the food in Ensenada. The same can be said about Indian food and the cuisines of most other countries.
I have visited countries with underrated cuisines, such as Bulgaria and Georgia, and found them to be very delicious.
